This message appears when a client organization has configured an IP access and the user is trying to access the platform outside of the client organization’s network (access outside of the authorized IP range).
The list of network addresses (“IP” addresses) from which the platform can be accessed has been provided by the administrator of the organization’s (university, government institution, corporation, etc.) vLex account.
How to fix it?
- If you are the user, please access vLex from within the client organization’s network. If you are already accessing vLex from the client organization’s network, please contact your Account Administrator to review the case.
- If you are the administrator and you are already accessing vLex from the network range of your organization please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the IP number, user, and organization from which you would like access.
