If you have forgotten your username or password, go to the “Can’t remember your password?” option available on the vLex login page.

You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password and enter a new one.

Atention

For security purposes the link will expire after 24 hours. If you have not restored your password within 24 hours, you will have to start the password recovery process again. 

In case you don't have access to the e-mail address you registered with:

You must call customer service so that your identity can be verified and we can update the e-mail address assigned to your account. .

2. How do I change my password?

You can change your password selecting “Account” followed by “Manage your account” in the menu at the top right of the screen.

Select the option “Change Password”, enter the new password and “Save” your changes.

Remember that the system distinguishes between lowercase and uppercase letters.
