1.How can I recover my password?

If you have forgotten your username or password go to the “Recover password” option available on the vLex access page.

A new screen with a text box will appear for you to enter the email you used to register with vLex.

You will be sent an email with a link that will allow you to recover your password and enter a new one.

Attention

For security purposes the link will expire after 24 hours. If you have not restored the password in that time you should start the process of recovering the password again.

If you do not have access to the email that you used to register with vLex

you should call Customer Service so that, after checking your identity, we can update the email address assigned to your account..

2.How can I change my password?

You can change your password by logging in to vLex and choosing the “Manage your account” option in the menu at the top right of the screen.

Choose the “Change Password” option and make the change.

Attention

Remember that the system distinguishes between lowercase and uppercase.
